Knob Creek Masonic Lodge Endowed Scholarship

The Knob Creek Masonic Lodge is stalwart supporter of local projects.  The Freemason’s belief in education is apparent in their support of an endowed scholarship at Temple College.  Josh Huckabee, a Temple College Graduate with a degree in science was able to parlay his academic success into a belief in the students who would follow his lead at TC.  Just one year after graduating, Josh and his Masonic Lodge established the endowed scholarship to ensure that other students would have the same opportunities that he had experienced.  Josh began his studies at TC believing he wanted to go into a particular program that would allow him to make significant money upon completion.  In the course of his studies, he worked with professors like Dr. Ed Morgan, Dr. Terry Austin, and Dr. Jason Locklin who helped him discover his passion for entymology and academic research and changed the course of his studies.
