Virgil and Fay Chaffin
The Virgil and Fay Chaffin Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Virgil and Fay Chaffin, both of whom attended TC and later received degrees in education.
Impact
When I am a teacher, I hope I will be able to provide opportunities for my students the way this scholarship has allowed me to pursue my degree.
