Impact
I am currently a second year student at the Texas Bioscience Institute and a senior at Temple High School. So far, I have completed thirty credit hours and have maintained a 4.0 GPA. My goal is to complete my associates degree at Temple College and transfer to Texas A&M to complete a BSN degree. I would love to be practicing nursing in four to five years.
At school I am involved in many extracurriculars. I participate in Orchestra, Cross Country, and German. I volunteer at the library and at the annual Special Olympic competition. I am also a part of the CNA practicum. Receiving this scholarship allows me to stay focused on my academics and extracurricular activities. Once I graduate, I look forward to eventually serving the community as a Registered Nurse.
