Kiwanis Club President
An endowed scholarship has been established in the name of Kiwanis Club Of Temple Project Foundation, Inc. to provide scholarships for Temple College students and those eligible to attend Temple College. Dr. Hubert M. Dawson, the first president of Temple College, was a member of the Kiwanis club.

“Thank you for the opportunity to move forward into my future endeavours. Your gift
allows me the opportunity to pursue my academic goal towards a Physical Therapy or a Prosthetic Practitioner degree. I am positive that attending TBI is the first step in fulfilling my dreams and academic goals to become professionally trained to work with individuals or service men who have been badly wounded.
This scholarship brings me closer to accomplishing my career goal of owning a
non-profit clinic to assist those in need. I pledge and commit myself to adhering to the the mission and vision of your organization. This scholarship takes a tremendous strain off my mother who works very hard to provide me with the basic necessities and a stable life. As Maya Angelou stated “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, but will never forget how you made them feel.” I feel so grateful and will never forget your charity.
